-
Every answer is an entry
Submit the survey and you get one entry in the prize draw for each question you answered. There's nothing to buy.
-
One winner, picked at random
After the draw closes, one winner is chosen at random and contacted by email by 5 December 2026.
Who's running this?
The Big Chicken Survey is run by Omlet, the company behind the Eglu chicken coop. Omlet has been designing products for chickens and their keepers since 2004, from its home in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Your answers help Omlet understand how people really keep chickens — what works, what doesn't, and what they'd change — so the next generation of products is better for keepers and hens alike.

Questions
Is this survey really from Omlet?
Yes. The survey and prize draw are run by Omlet Limited (company number 05028498), and Omlet pays the prize. You can reach Omlet at info@omlet.co.uk.
Who can take part?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in one of these countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Australia or the United States. Omlet employees, their immediate families, and employees of Omlet partners involved in promoting the competition can't enter.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Completing the survey is the only way to enter, and it's free.
How many entries do I get?
One for every question you answer, so the more you answer, the better your chances. Entries only count once you submit the survey, and each person can submit it once.
How will my answers be used?
Omlet uses survey answers for product research. If you win, Omlet uses your email address to get in touch. The privacy notice explains exactly what is collected and why.
How is the winner chosen?
One winner is drawn at random from all the entries received before the draw closed, and is notified by email by 5 December 2026. If they don't respond within 14 days, or don't meet the entry criteria, a runner-up is picked at random.
Is this run by Facebook or Instagram?
